These are the projects we are currently working on.

We guide people in using knitting and crochet as a gentle path to mindfulness, calm, and emotional well-being.

Community Outreach

We work at a local Philadelphia elementary school and teach autistic children how to crochet.

Health Care Professionals

There’s growing evidence in research and practice that knitting and crochet offer meaningful, mental, emotional and even physical health benefits.

Creating with fiber arts helps to reduce stress, decrease anxiety levels and ease depression, relieves symptoms of PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), calm symptoms of autism, aids in alcohol and drug addiction recovery, quitting smoking and more.

Student Workshops

We have worked at children with hemiparesis at Children’s Hospital to teach them how to knit or crochet, foster kids in Philadelphia, nurses and support staff and maternity patients on long time bed rest at a local hospital and many other venues.
